The Aerospace Engineering Department at SDSU has 12 full time professors among whom are some of the nationally and internationally recognized leading researchers in their fields. The 2017 US News and World Report ranks the SDSU Aerospace Graduate Program at No. 37 nationally, and No. 27 among public institutions.
