The Purdue University Department of Agronomy is a diverse department with globally respected faculty and staff who have a passion for agronomic and environmental improvement. Research spans genetics and crop Improvement, crop physiology and ecology, cropping systems, landscape and hydrologic processes, soils and biogeochemistry, and applied meteorology and climatology.
