About Theatre in Murray State University

A degree in theatre is about more than the lights and the cameras. We train our students to work in all forms of theatre, providing a solid foundation of experience for work in film, television, musicals and plays. You’ll also gain hands-on experience working in one of our five to six productions each year as cast members, production staff, technicians, running crew and more.
