About Planning And Development Accelerated (day Release) in University of Salford

Designed to provide a pathway to an exciting career in the built environment sector and with an awareness of industry expectations, MSci (Hons) Planning and Development blends academic theory and practical application to provide you with an effective skillset for the future. The University of Salford is ranked within the QS World Top 100 for architecture and built environment study, and we work closely with industry to ensure you’re equipped with the professional, technical and collaborative skills required to establish and develop a career in this industry.

This accelerated pathway includes the same content as a traditional three year undergraduate degree, but is taught over three trimesters rather than two semesters. This more intense mode of study means that you can complete your degree in a shorter period of time, so you can progress more quickly. The accelerated day release route is designed so you can fit study around your existing role and commitments.

Academic qualification equivalents

• Students who have successfully completed Standard XII examinations will be considered for entry onto our undergraduate degrees across the full disciplinary spectrum.
