About Engineering Postgraduate Research - Phds And Studentships in University of East Anglia UEA
Engineering is part of the School of Mathematics. Current research in Engineering falls into two areas: Energy Engineering and Advanced Materials Engineering. We are working on cutting-edge technologies that have wide and important applications, from the role of graphene in energy storage and water purification membranes to next generation of printing techniques and reliability of renewables as well as optical fibre sensors, self-cleaning surfaces and efficient energy transport technologies. As we continue to grow, we anticipate broadening this research portfolio to include other disciplines within Engineering.
Academic qualification equivalents
- Holders of an Indian four year Bachelor degree with at least 52% will be considered for postgraduate study. The requirement will vary depending on examination board and course applied for.
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS :6.5 overall with minimum of 6.0 in each component
