About Doctor Of Education (edd) in University of East Anglia UEA
Entrants to the doctoral programme will register initially for the degree of MeD for the first two years and then progress to EdD by the end of the second year, subject to the successful completion of two assignments, a detailed research proposal and an ethics approval of the proposed research project.
The School introduced its EdD programme in January 1997. This programme recruits every two years and the twelfth cohort is ready to start in October 2018. Next round of applications will start again on September 2019 for the cohort starting in October 2020
Academic qualification equivalents
- Holders of an Indian four year Bachelor degree with at least 52% will be considered for postgraduate study. The requirement will vary depending on examination board and course applied for.
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS :6.5 overall with minimum of 6.0 in each component
- TOEFL IBT:88 Reading:20,Writing:19,Listening:19,Speaking:21
