Specialising in real estate and valuation and Investment, the functioning of commercial and residential real estate markets, and the institutions of the real estate investment industry.
The Real Estate discipline is part of the Business School. The discipline has attracted funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), the EU, and a range of commercial and professional sponsors including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). The research is organized in the Centre for Real Estate Research (CRER).
