This four-year degree (three years plus a placement year) develops applied computing, interpersonal, communication and IT skills and readies graduates to develop, select, deliver, manage and maintain cutting-edge IT infrastructures and advanced IT systems.

Technology advances at a rapid pace and businesses must adapt if they are to compete in an ever expanding global economy. A degree in CIT gives students a robust understanding across a broad range of information technology subjects.

While this degree is ideal for students who are interested in IT and are keen to learn programming, web development, database design and human-computer interaction, it also requires teamworking skills and nuanced interpersonal interaction.   • The Standard Indian XII (10+2) examinations from CBSE, CISCE or State Boards of Higher Secondary Education are acceptable for admission to our Bachelor degree programmes.

An average mark of 70 - 85% or higher (best of 5 academic subjects) in the Standard Indian XII Higher Secondary School certificates awarded by the central boards (CBSE, CISCE) or a state board, or equivalent, with 75% or higher where subject requirements are stipulated (comparable with Grade B at A Level).

English language requirements (one of the below):

  •  IELTS: 6.5 minimum of 5.5 in all four elements of the test
  • TOEFL iBT : 90 with minimum marks as follows:  Listening - 17,Reading - 18,Speaking - 20,Writing - 17
  • PTE: 62 overall with minimum of 51 in each component
