This is a career development programme aimed at experienced business professionals with more than two years' business experience.
You will develop and transform your leadership skills through strategic management. Your studies at our Leeds Business School will develop your managerial style and transform you into a strategic thinker, helping to prepare you for the uncertain global environment now faced in business.
After trialling your concepts in the Business Consultancy Project module, you will feel confident in applying and using theory in a practical way. You will expand your knowledge of management theories and you will be able to specialise in a particular field of interest.
MBA Course Specialisms
To help you on the path to becoming industry experts, we offer the following specialisms: Healthcare Management, Marketing, Human Resources, PR, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance and Accounting, and Finance. This means you will complete two options from the above list and conduct your Consultancy Project in that area of industry.
January entrants please note: in order to complete 12 months of academic study delivered in University term time, the total length of your programme will be 18 months to include recognised University vacation periods.

Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
Designed for leaders and experienced professionals, our part-time DBA aims to enable you to create practical solutions to address complex business challenges. We’re currently offering opportunities for 50% fees paid bursaries for the DBA. The closing date for application is 31 August 2019.

The MBA (Executive) recruits experienced practitioners who wish to both accelerate their career opportunities and directly apply their learning to enhance their own performance and that of their organisation. You will be encouraged to share your working experiences with fellow delegates and with expert staff who can support you to devise practical solutions to your leadership challenges. The MBA (Executive) course has been delivered successfully here at Leeds Business School since 1991. The course is based at the multi award-winning Rose Bowl, which opened in the heart of the city's business quarter in 2009.
