About Bachelor Of Nursing (adult) in Edinburgh Napier University

BSc Nursing Studies will provide a coherent and vocationally relevant programme of study, designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to progress in your chosen sphere of practice.

This programme is specifically aimed at registered nurses who work in contemporary healthcare and wish to 'top up' their qualifications to degree level.

With the advice and guidance of the programme leader you will receive an excellent and personalised student experience which aims to support you and increase your confidence. We'll also work to assist you to choose modules that will work for you as an individual.

This course can be studied on a full- or part-time basis. Applicants will be asked to provide evidence of prior learning, which will allow us to assign advanced standing credits to you and advise how many additional credits you must achieve to gain your award.

To apply for our bachelors courses, you should have completed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with overall 60% or above in the Intermediate (10+2) (XII Standard) exam.

Students will be required to have a relevant health care qualification. If your first language isn't English, you'll normally need to undertake an approved English language test. The English Language requirements for this programme are IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.

On entering the Programme students will be allocated advanced standing based on existing qualifications/education.
