Objectives

You will develop a broad understanding of the subject – from microeconomic issues of decision and choice and the production and exchange of goods, through to the interdependency of markets and economic welfare. You will also explore macroeconomic issues, such as employment, national income, the balance of payments and distribution of income, inflation, growth and business cycles, money and finance.
