Our Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying is a three-year course in collaboration with the building industry that provides you with the qualifications to estimate and manage the construction costs of any building project.

Having the ability to examine building drawings and evaluate how much it will cost to make the architect’s dream a reality is a unique and valuable skill in the construction sector. That’s exactly what Quantity Surveyors are capable of - taking design drawings and deciding how much of each material will be required to bring the project to fruition.

This course teaches you the practical measuring skills and the legal, financial and business knowledge necessary to succeed. It’s enhanced by the opportunity of a 12 month work placement in Year 3.
