A National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 7 BBS award in Real Estate enables graduates to move laterally and/or to progress into different fields of core expertise. For example, graduates of the BBS in Real Estate could apply for a Higher Diploma in Marketing or similar, level 8 Higher Diploma and therefore commence a new career in marketing. Alternatively, they could apply for a Higher Diploma in Computing and commence a new career in IT. These are just two of the many options and careers that open up to an individual with a level 7 degree qualification. Additionally, graduates will be able to move horizontally into more senior positions in their own organisations, while also increasing their potential of pursuing a Masters and/or other Professional qualification, as their career progresses.
