This 4 year degree develops Honours level graduates in food business and technology. The B.A. (Hons) Food Business and Technology is the only food business degree in the Midland’s region and has been designed in conjunction with large local employers.

We have worked with many local employers to ensure this course offers all the skills needed for a successful career as a manager in a food manufacturing and processing operations in food business and technology.
