The Master's programme is designed in such a way that the essential leadership skills are developed and the graduates are prepared for future challenges in the industry.

Each semester covers the following topics:

Leadership Skills  (1st semester)

In the first semester, leadership competencies are developed according to our innovative teaching and learning concept CORE ("Competence Oriented Research and Education") according to the needs of the market. In the first module "Trends & Concepts" you will learn to evaluate global trends and challenges, e.g. technological, digital or intercultural, to recognize future markets and their opportunities and to develop business models including financing.

Aplication of Leadership Tasks  (2nd Semester) 

In the second semester, the specifics of the industry and the research-relevant fields that are important for the management of a hotel company are analysed and discussed.

Going International (3rd semester)

The third semester includes an internship abroad or a semester abroad in which you can prove your acquired skills in an intercultural context.

In-Depth-Experience  (4th semester)

In the fourth semester, you will learn empirical research methods in an online module and then devote yourself to your Master's thesis.
