Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology
Why is it that a 700-euro smartphone sells better than a 300-euro smartphone? Is it possible to predict whether a product will be successful in a specific territory? How do you get employees on board when it comes to restructuring? The business world revolves around figures, but the driving force behind it is psychology. For this reason, companies need experts who are proficient in both disciplines: Business + Psychology. This study programme at Cologne Business School enables you to fully understand how the behaviour of people impacts the success of companies – and how you can use management skills to steer company decisions in the right direction. Graduates find employment, for example, in marketing, corporate consultancies or in human resources departments.
Business + Psychology = a degree
For a career later on in the management of an international corporation or a globally oriented, medium-sized company, profound business administration skills are essential. The Business Psychology study programme includes subjects such as accounting, mathematics, business law and reporting. The psychology courses place great emphasis on business and practical relevance – and cover a wide range of topics:
During your studies you work on current case studies from companies and have the opportunity to pursue your own interests with elective courses. If you decide to study at a private university of applied sciences, you can be sure that you will, in addition to the theoretical knowledge of business psychology, get to know many practical applications
