About Environmental Technology in Canadore College
First year intake is September 2019. Third year intake tentatively starts Fall 2020.
The environmental sector is growing and there is an emergence of new “green” jobs – locally, nationally and globally. Professionals are needed to deal with climate change issues, land restoration, water conservation, water management, and other sustainability concerns. Academic qualification equivalents
- Class 12 passed students from a recognized board including CBSE, CISCE or a state board
- All India Senior School Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard 12 or Indian School Certificate (Year 12) as recognized qualifications
English language requirements (one of the below):
IELTS: You must have a minimum overall band score of 5.5 on the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or equivalent accepted English language proficiency test to be admitted to a postsecondary program at the college.
Please note, some Whitireia degree level programmes require a higher level of English language competence.
