Master's Degree in Environmental Nutrition
The master's degree in Environmental Nutrition is a fully online, 33-credit-hour program that explores sustainable food and nutrition issues. The program examines the relationships between food, nutrition and the environment. Relevant research and theoretical foundations towards best practices guides the curriculum.

Clinical Nutrition
The University of Memphis MS Nutrition/Dietetic Internship and Residency Program is an intensive curriculum lasting only 16 months. You are expected to complete all requirements in the 16-month period. The program begins in mid-Aug.
