The bachelor of science with a major in Nutritional Sciences builds on a core set of nutrition courses with additional courses emphasizing the chemistry and biology of nutrients from the molecular to the systemic level. Students in this program often pursue graduate study in medicine, nutritional sciences, and other biological sciences.
