About Dental Hygiene in University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC)
Whether you have graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program or are seeking to become a dental hygienist, receiving a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene prepares you for a broad range of career opportunities including those in a less traditional office setting such as research, teaching and more.
The School of Dentistry at UMKC is the only public dental school in the state of Missouri. In this intensive program, we provide you with a competitive edge in the job market.
