About Organizational Management in University of La Verne
The University of La Verne’s Organizational Management degree seeks to improve students’ managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The program is constructed in two parts. The first part consists of core classes that help students build skills that are critical in a constantly changing environment, with a focus on immediate application in the work setting. Core coursework also includes an opportunity for student research. The second part of the program consists of a wide range of electives from a variety of disciplines, which gives students the utmost flexibility in customizing their curriculum to suit their proposed career path.
