About Operations And Supply Management in University of Dayton
Operations and supply management is the critical process within every business that creates, distributes and improves products and services while ensuring the process is streamlined and efficient.
While core operations vary from business to business, key elements include production, inventory planning and control, procurement, sourcing and materials management, project planning and control, distribution and warehouse management, production scheduling, quality assurance and management.
Our state-of-the-art program combines coursework in management and operations planning with hands-on experience through capstone consulting projects. You will take courses from various fields of study in addition to the core set of six operations and supply management courses. Electives allow you to tailor your studies based on your interests, and you may choose concentrations in business process management, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, operations accounting, quality management and supply chain management.
