About Human Nutrition in The Ohio State University
The MS Program in Human Nutrition is led by faculty having expertise in the breadth of nutritional sciences. Students will follow an academic curriculum that also includes a research project to learn, generate, disseminate, and apply specialized knowledge in human nutrition and dietetics to foster basic discoveries and improve human health. The internationally recognized research, teaching, and outreach of the program are focused on:
