About Master Of Engineering In Engineering Management in Stevens Institute of Technology
The School of Systems & Enterprises’ (SSE’s) Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Management program equips engineers, technical managers, business operations professionals and others with the skills, tools and methodologies needed to effectively manage complexity across industries.
Designed at the intersection of engineering, management, and technology, the MEng degree provides students with a strong understanding of the technology involved in engineering projects and the management process — during which the technology is used. Students can expect a program with a strong engineering core with training in quality management, project management, production and technology management, accounting, cost analysis, managerial economics, engineering design, and systems integration. Our program’s emphasis on real-world applications and hands-on learning prepares graduates to keep an organization running efficiently, cost-effectively, and importantly, ahead of its competitors. Upon completion of the Engineering Management Master's, students advance to professional positions of increasing responsibility across a broad range of industries such as business, finance, healthcare, software, and technology.
