About Computer Engineering in Saginaw Valley State University
SVSU's undergraduate program in Computer Engineering provides students with a strong practical and theoretical background in both the hardware and the software aspects of computer-based systems, along with the engineering analysis, design, and implementation skills necessary to work between the two. Course work integrated into the curriculum include digital systems, computer organization and architecture, processor interfacing techniques, VLSI, advanced electronics, and embedded system design. Students have the opportunity to apply their design and analysis knowledge through faculty-mentored, hands-on undergraduate research projects with industry partners.
