Lubin's MBA in Personnel Management programme educates you on contemporary talent management theory and tactics. You will be able to analyse, design, and evaluate talent management systems and procedures across the whole spectrum of functions by applying theory to practise. Employment legislation, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and evaluation, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management are all topics you'll learn about. You'll also learn about a number of functional specialisation areas, including recruiting, selection, performance evaluation, and compensation administration.
There are several opportunities for hands-on learning. You will use knowledge from other courses to design management policies as part of the capstone project. You will write a research document for the research project, under faculty supervision, that contains problem recognition, valid data, and conclusions.
