About Production in Jacksonville State University
Within the Bachelor of Arts in Drama, you may choose a concentration in Production. Our production concentration allows you to specialize in a number of areas such as costuming, stage management, scenery, lighting, or sound. Along with the Drama Core classes this concentration includes courses in design, technology, and management. Classes are available in Scenic Design, Lighting, Costume Techniques, Puppetry, Costume Design, Stage Management, Portfolio Development, and other areas of production. Whether you choose a specific area or a more general path your coursework can prepare you for a number of careers in the performing arts.
