This course provides you with a detailed understanding of the nature and philosophy of town planning and the planning process, with a concentration on sustainable development, urban regeneration and the environment. As property and planning are not taught at school, students have a wide variety of A Levels and equivalent qualifications. The most important requirements are an analytical mind and a clear motivation towards the course.
Property and Planning BA provides a professionally oriented education, producing graduates capable of dealing with all aspects of property and development. The learning and teaching of the course consists of a variety of formats including lectures, seminars, presentations, group work and visiting lectures.
