DEVELOP YOUR TECHNOLOGICAL PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

Applications for September and January for both full-time and part-time are made through our online application system.

The BEng Engineering Management course sets up graduates for an engineering career in a continuous improvement, planning, supervisory or project management role.

The course will develop your technological problem solving skills and your organisational, planning and management abilities, providing you with the knowledge to successfully oversee complex engineering projects from start to finish.

One module would be taken each term along with the full-time students. These modules would be delivered on a Wednesday afternoon. If students want to take additional daytime modules from the programme then this could be accommodated by arrangement’.

COURSE DETAILS

The BEng Engineering Management is practically-orientated, focusing on planning and the continuous improvement of engineering applications. You will develop your team working skills while undertaking a wide range of practical work in our industry-standard facilities.

In recent years students have taken part in group visits to industry specialists such as BAE, Tata Steel and Diageo to further deepen their understanding of the subject.
