Our research
We aim to be recognised internationally as a leading centre of excellence for research and knowledge exchange in the disciplines of social work and social policy. We're contributing to academic debates through the publication of internationally-recognised research outputs and help to shape the future direction of research in the two disciplines.

Academic qualification equivalents
- A masters degree by coursework with a research component, or an equivalent qualification from an approved university.
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS : 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
- TOEFL : 80+ overall,with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening:17 Reading: 18 Speaking:20 Writing:19
- PTE : 58+ overall, with a minimum of 51 in each component
