The MSc Entrepreneurial Management & Leadership addresses the global demand for talented entrepreneurs and those working for and managing entrepreneurial ventures. You'll learn how to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills required to engage successfully in entrepreneurial activity, project management and change management.
By the end of the programme, you'll possess both the mindset and skills to think and act entrepreneurially. From the largest global corporations to more traditional public sector bodies, organisations are looking for such individuals.
You'll have the opportunity to engage with a dynamic innovation ecosystem through business competitions, guest lectures and field visits.
The MSc Entrepreneurial Management & Leadership programme has been designed for those who want a stronger research-based qualification and includes a class on research methods as well as a dissertation.
What you'll study
You'll take a mix of core and elective classes which cover key entrepreneurial topics such as creativity, business modelling, financial analysis and selling. Classes with a focus on advanced management & leadership practice are delivered in collaboration with the MBA Unit.
Research project
You will apply the tools and techniques developed throughout the degree programme to work on a real-world research project. A research methods class will help you prepare to undertake a comprehensive piece of field-based research and critically explore aspects of entrepreneurship. Careers

Academic qualification equivalents
- For entry to Strathclyde postgraduate programmes, we'd look for a first-class undergraduate degree (approx 60%) from a
recognised Indian institution.
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS : 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
- TOEFL : 80+ overall,with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening:17 Reading: 18 Speaking:20 Writing:19
- PTE : 58+ overall, with a minimum of 51 in each component
