About Msc Sport Nutrition in University of Stirling

Sport nutrition is an increasingly vital part of elite sport and there has never been a better time to specialise, as recreational competitive sport and elite performance sport grow increasingly popular in the UK. The University of Stirling is one of only six universities worldwide approved to provide this Masters conversion course in sports nutrition.

This Masters degree focuses on the science behind sports nutrition and is designed specifically for students who already have an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in sports nutrition and want to further their knowledge.

To complete the course, you’ll be asked to plan, conduct and write a research project in Sports Nutrition, and you’ll receive high-quality training and support from our expert staff as you study. By the time you graduate, you’ll have an even greater knowledge of sports nutrition and a clear understanding of how to put your research into practice.

Academic qualification equivalents

• We welcome applications from applicants graduating with 50% from Tier 1 College/ University (namely University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, University of Delhi) or graduating with 55% from a Tier 2 College/University.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS : 6.5 with 5.5 minimum in each sub-skill
• TOEFL IBT: 80 overall with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing
• PTE: 60 overall with minimum 51 in each sub-skill
