About Msc International Human Resource Management in University of South Wales
This MSc in International Human Resource Management is suitable for those with an interest in global employment issues. The globalisation of business means that the management of people has become an international activity. It cannot be assumed that what is effective in one country can be automatically transferred to another country, even when it is within the same organisation.
This course will explore the wider factors and contexts affecting people management such as the social, political and ethical context of business in a globalised world. As part of your studies, you will analyse the impact of different national and institutional contexts on firm structures, innovation processes and work organisation.
