On our MSc Advanced Manufacturing Technology course, you’ll learn about advanced design tools, materials, manufacturing processes and systems, and develop efficient and effective operation and management skills too.

There’s a shortage of experts in the manufacturing sector, so when you finish the course, you’ll have a Master’s qualification and the skills required to meet the demands of the industry.

Academic qualification equivalents

• For entry to our Master's programmes, you will generally need to have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2nd Class Honours to be considered.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS: A  minimum of IELTS band 6.5–7.0, with no component below 6.0.
• TOEFL iBT: For most of our Master's degrees, you need a score of 91 with a minimum of:20 in Reading 19 in Listening 21 in Speaking 20 in Writing.
• PTE:  At least 61 points, with a minimum of 54 in each component
