About Strength, Conditioning And Rehabilitation Bsc (hons) in University of Gloucestershire
Push top athletes to their peak performance in our purpose-built strength and conditioning facilities. You’ll have opportunities to gain first-rate experience through our links with professional sports teams such as Bristol Rugby Academy and Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
You’ll undertake needs analysis on athletes, implement testing procedures and design periodised training and rehabilitation programmes. Over half of your learning will be focused on specialist strength and conditioning practices. Optional modules mean you can pursue a placement with a variety of professional sport clubs or support athletes during pre-season.
Graduates from this course can go on to work in:
- strength and conditioning coaching with professional sports teams, national governing bodies, clubs and academies
- research
- teaching (via PGCE).
Entry Requirements
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
English language requirements
- IELTS :6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band
