The LLB Law degree has been designed to allow students to engage with the numerous aspects of law, including both the theoretical underpinning as well as practical execution and critical analysis of the law. The Corporate Law pathway will enable you to tailor your studies to obtain specialist knowledge relating to corporate law and practice. By the end of their studies, students on the Corporate Law pathway will have specialized legal knowledge on the formation of businesses and operations within the business, including employment issues, trading laws and protection of intellectual property. You will also have the opportunity to advise clients via the Law Clinic on corporate law issues and undertake an extended piece of research via the dissertation module on a self-selected corporate law topic.
You’ll take part in engaging and stimulating teaching through our interactive and challenging teaching sessions which focus not only on the letter of the law, but also the practical application and critique of it.
The LLB is the first step for a range of legal careers, including, but not limited to:

- In-House Lawyer
An LLB is also a highly transferrable degree that can allow you to progress to a range of careers. With the Corporate Law specialism, careers might include:

Entry Requirements
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
