Offering an exciting blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on projects, the FdA International Hospitality Management equips you with all the skills that today’s employers are seeking.

At the end of the two years, the choice is yours: you can leave with a highly regarded FdA qualification or – if you have a minimum of a merit profile – can progress to the final stage of our BA (Hons) International Hospitality Management.
Work placements are an integral part of this course, equipping you with valued skills such as customer handling, problem solving, team working and communication. You will spend a significant proportion of your time gaining practical experience within the University’s own hospitality operations and with other employers in the sector.

Real-world projects grounded in industry practice will enrich your learning further still. Our students have delivered successful events at the Dome, including parties for 700 staff from Chatsworth and our own graduation ceremonies.
