Our Certificate in Medical Foundation Studies is a level 3 qualification designed for those students who wish to study on our BSc (Hons) Biomedical sciences programme but do not currently meet the entry requirements and require additional preparation prior to undergraduate level study. The programme is intended to provide a foundation in both knowledge and academic skills for a seamless transition into the BSc.
Academic qualification equivalents
- Higher Secondary Certificate / Standard 12 (awarded on completion of Grade 12) with two subjects at 65% and two subjects at 75% or better is required
- English and Maths are the compulsory subjects

- IELTS : Average of 6.5 (with 6.0 or above in each component)
- TOEFL: 87 (minimum component scores of Listening 21, Reading 22, Speaking 23, Writing 21). Accepted for Undergraduate level courses or above.
- PTE: 59-65 (with 4 minimum component scores of 59)
