On this course you gain the core skills and knowledge relevant to most areas of property management and construction. Areas of study include building studies, sustainability for the built environment, project planning, law, finance and economics, and the impact of environmental issues in relation to business property. The knowledge and skills you gain are vital in modern international property business.

You will have the opportunity to undertake site visits to learn aspects of the management of business property from presentations by real estate professionals with many years’ experience in the industry. We also offer opportunities to get involved in projects which study some of the larger developments taking place in the Sheffield City Region. These will give you a real life insight into many aspects of real estate development and management.
