Developed and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), this course is ideal if you are a manager looking to progress into a senior communications or advisory role, or if you have completed the CIPR Professional PR Certificate.
As an established PR professional with industry experience, this course will enable you to build on and develop your existing skillset using real-life examples, with the option to use your current place of work as a case study.
You will complete three assessed units that reflect professional public relations practice. Each unit will focus on an element involved in delivering a PR campaign; your first will focus on strategic objectives, your second on content and delivery and your third on evaluation and professional ethics. You will attend two days of teaching on-campus before undertaking each assignment through self-directed study with the support of course tutors via email, phone or video calls.
