Developed and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), this course will provide you with an in-depth introduction to PR practice and will cover planning, media relations and the impact of social media. You will develop expertise in communicating via a variety of channels such as press releases, blogs and social media.
Your three assessed modules will reflect professional PR practice and will develop expertise and skills in three essential areas. You will learn using real-life case studies and using your current place of work as the basis for your assessed units. For each unit you will attend a two-day teaching session at City Campus before completing your assignment in the following three-months, supported remotely by an expert tutor with industry experience.
