The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development incorporates the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) new advanced level qualifications which cover all the essential knowledge and skills required to be an effective HR practitioner.

Course information
The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development consists of eight mandatory modules which provide you with the opportunity to develop knowledge, understanding and competence in the area of people management and development.
Please note: this course runs as a standalone Postgraduate Diploma qualification.

Applicants will normally hold a good honours degree in a relevant academic discipline and/or have successfully completed the CIPD’s Intermediate qualification.
English as a Foreign Language This course requires IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5. Pre-sessional English is available if required.
