We will encourage you to use your student membership of CIPD to engage with field trips to conferences, as well as attending local and national branch events, so that you engage with employers, building your professional networks and accessing the latest research and thinking. Previously talks have included the Director of Perspicuous Limited, who discussed the issue of ‘unconscious bias’ by managers and senior leaders.

On graduation, you will be able to enter the workforce and/or pursue further professional HRM/HRD qualifications, such as the Advanced CIPD Level 7 or an MA Human Resource Management.
