Students on this joint honours degree will spend half their time studying electronic engineering and half their time studying music. Electronic Engineering students will focus on aspects of electrical technology applicable in electronic music production including mathematics, circuit theory and design, programming languages and principles. Music students can choose from a wide range of modules, including, but not restricted to studies of media and popular music culture, recording and production techniques, the recording industry and undertaking creative music projects.
- You will study the parts of Electronic Engineering that are most relevant to the music and media industry. How sound and visual arts are recorded, transmitted and played.
