This BSc in Agriculture with Animal Science offers you a solid grounding in agriculture with a strong specialism in animal science. During this four-year course, you will look at all aspects of the agricultural industry as well as developing a sound understanding of nutrition, reproductive physiology, animal health, animal breeding and emerging animal biotechnology. This degree programme includes a 9 month work placement in your third year during which you can apply your academic and vocational knowledge and gain valuable experience of agriculture and animal science in practice.
