Plan and evaluate sport and/or recreation programmes, events or activities to meet the needs of various community groups and participants.
781.424 Sport and Recreation Programme and Event Delivery (25 credits)
Deliver pre-designed sport and/or recreation programmes, events or activities to optimise programme participation and meet organisational requirements and co-ordinate people, equipment and resources to deliver sport and/or recreation programmes and respond to issues as they arise.
781.425 Sport and Recreation Communication (10 credits)
Apply strategies to effectively engage and communicate with diverse individuals and groups.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of this qualification will be able to work in paid or volunteer employment in programme delivery and co-ordination roles in sport and recreation settings in commercial or community environments.
Academic qualification equivalents
- All India Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent with passes of 55% in 4 academic subjects
English language requirements (one of the below):
- IELTS : General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5
TOEFL : Score of 46 (with a writing score of 14)
PTE : Academic) score of 42
