About Bachelor Of Science (honours) In Biomedical Engineering in MCAST
The objective of this degree programme is that of developing professionals who have strong practical competences backed by solid underpinning knowledge related to the biomedical engineering sector. The programme includes a number of core modules which are common with other Electrical & Electronics Degrees such as Analogue and Digital Electronics, Automation and Control, and Mathematics.
Furthermore, the course deals with specific modules within the Biomedical field including Biomedical Instrumentation, Biomedical Devices, Biomedical Materials and Design for Medical Instrumentation.
Study-Units such as Human Biology, and Gait Analysis and Human Movement give an insight on human anatomy and movement of joints for human mechanics.
*(13,000 euro) actual price is 19,500 euro but depending on the 1st 2 years grades achieving high marks, a scholarship will be offered for the 3rd and final year.
