This Postgraduate Diploma is designed for senior managers, executives and consultants. The Postgraduate Diploma has been specifically designed to meet the needs of both practicing middle and senior managers. Whilst there is a strong emphasis on academic applied content, much of the assessment has been designed to ensure that this is applied to a variety of organisational contexts.

After successfully completing the programme, participants will have demonstrated the competencies necessary to:

Academic qualification equivalents

• Equivalent of Honours Bachelor Degree from a recognised University in a discipline relevant to the postgraduate degree sought with minimum average of 60% in final year examinations. Please check Bachelor degree classification for entry to certain postgraduate programmes.
