Communication and media managers have to cover a whole range of knowledge in their later jobs. In addition to the core disciplines of internal and external communication and marketing, the bachelor's degree program conveys a broad spectrum of economic knowledge from the areas of business administration and economics , media , micro and macroeconomics , accounting , the basics of statistics and business law . Students also learn methods of market research , writing press releasesand the creation of media usable content - from video and photo to text and audio - as well as the associated handling of content management systems .
