Contents of the course:
The entire module is carried out using the example of a fictional company that builds and sells an electric vehicle.
- It serves as a blueprint for setting up a complete company from procurement to production and logistics
- The understanding of the relationships in the SCM from the supplier to the customer and their dependencies is developed
